Storage lockers and bike storage rooms are available for residents within their building. 124 Alfred does have a bike storage room which is located off the surface lot.
The Property Management office is on-site, located at 124 Alfred and open Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM. In the event of an after-hours emergency, residents may contact the Rock Security Command Center.

The Flats at City Modern offer one- and two-bedroom apartment rentals for ages 55 and up. The Flats are a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community.
Submitted applications are generally returned within 48 hours.
Rent payments are conveniently made through the resident portal available through the RentCafe Resident mobile app. We accept cashier and personal checks for rent payments as well.
